Persons who wear a cravat, possibly in order to gain an air of maturity that may fool a person selling cinema tickets into thinking they are old enough to see a film of a rating which they do not qualify to see.

Origin

As an 11-year-old Mark wore a cravat to convince the box office staff at the Classic Hendon he was old enough to watch Mel Brooks’s Blazing Saddles. The result, according to Dr K, was that he looked more like Jodie Foster in Taxi Driver rather than an adult.
