Director of arguably the most consistently well-reviewed films on the Film Review Show / Wittertainment - and even before that, dating back to Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo's Radio 1 days.
Anderson's CV includes:
- Boogie Nights (1997) - "how long did you go on about that?". A former Radio 1 Movie Of The Month.
- Magnolia (1999) - Tom Cruise playing a creep, a plague of frogs and the entire cast singing Aimee Mann's Wise Up. The film is one of Simon Mayo's all-time favourites
- Punch-Drunk Love (2002) - The film so good that no matter what dreck Adam Sandler unleashes upon the world, Mark will always, always forgive him
- There / Will / Be / Blood (2008) - A movie that, in Mark's words, "redefined the grammar of cinema"
- The Master (2012)
- Inherent Vice (2015)
